From Ithaca to Greenville, Bill Lam has been working for over 15 years alongside his father and uncle. He has spent the last 6 years working and cooking in upstate NY at the critically acclaimed Saigon Kitchen. And now, alongside his partner, Nattha Waiyawut - a recent immigrant from Thailand, have brought a culinary experience like no other to Greenville. Combining the foods from Thailand and Vietnam to Greenville.
